The story's setting is a leprosarium in the Philippines. The top end of the text block is brown. One board corner is lightly bumped. The binder's glue has darkened the pastedowns. Eight pages' top…margins each have a 1/4 in. to 3/8 in. closed tear, which are tipped back together with glue. DJ: The spine panel and flaps' folds have darkened, and the back panel is a little less so. Chips and closed tears are along the top and bottom edges. Midway on each flap's fold are small closed tears. The front flap has cresase lines and has rubbed spots on its fold. Scans e-mailed upon request. Signed by the Authors.
