Original Cloth. Condition: Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. Second Edition. Undated reprint in the Hutchinson 2/- novel series from around 1928 of a book originally published in 1926. Identified as 7th thousand Blue boards have bright gilt lettering and only light rubbing to the corners. Browning to page edges. Attractive prev…ious owner's bookplate to front pastedown where there is also another small ownership stamp. The owner's name and date also in ink to title page. Some staining around the edges of the front endpapers. Pages browned but otherwise unmarked. The jacket has a small ragged closed tear in the top edge of the front panel, a half inch ragged closed tear in the top edge of the rear panel and two small tears in the bottom edge of the rear panel. Light chipping to the corners and light discolouration to the rear panel.
