Etching, 290 x 430 mm. browned. Possibly a later restrike. [NB. much more browned than apparent in the image] A satire on the peace negotiations with France which led to the short lived Peace of Amiens, and Windham's Training Act which rendered all Englishmen for 24 days military training. The Act was never enforced.
