Inscribed by the author with NO SIGNATURE. Black and white illustrated plates. Pages remain clear with minimal tanning and foxing. Plates are bright and clear. Frontispiece taped in.Minor pencil marking to front free end-paper. Some occasional mild cracking to gutters throughout, binding remains reasonably firm. Boards have mild edge-wear with slight rubbing to surfaces. Moderate crushing to spine ends, with splitting, fraying and loss to the head, tail and joints. Boards have minor damp and dust stains.
