Translated from the fourth edition of 'Les Sourciers et Leurs Procedes' by A. H. Bell. xi, 308 pp. Illustrated. 8vo, publisher's cloth in dust jacket. A few light marginal pencil marks; some minor light spotting to the cloth; tight and sound in a jacket with overall light dust-soiling and a corner torn away from the front flap.
HARDCOVER. 1931, First english edition. A very good copy in green cloth boards which are heavily faded on the fore edge half. Gilt lettering on the spine. The edges and endpapers are lightly tanned/spotted but the contents are generally very clean and undamaged. The d/w is unclipped and fair with panel tanning/soiling, repaired edge tears and some loss from the head of the spine. Now in a protective cover. Scans available if required.
