The aim of the book is to take VB to its ultimate limits. It's very much not a manual for beginners or dabblers but for serious programmers. It covers all version of VB up to and including VB3 and refers also to relevant controls from the Microsoft Visual Basic Toolkit. Of course now over thirty years later than the book's publication VB3 is unlikely to be being used for developing client software but where this book is of particular interest is to fill an appropriate niche for collectors of artefacts of important historic computing. The disc is likely to be readable with appropriate equipment but its age means that no guarantee of this can be given.
