Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. Bound in the original beautiful fine calf with gilt lettering and decoration, this volume is a highly collectible piece of English history dating back to 1820 although some reference books date it to 1821. It has survived well over two hundred years with the calf binding merely scratched and bumped but remaining in surprisingly good condition for its age. The pages have darkened over the years and some pages have a spot or two whilst others have their corners creased where folded in the past. However, the binding remains tight and the book sits square. Please examine all photos. More available upon request.
