Add to basketHardcover. Condition: Good. 1st Edition. Self-Published, 1768, London, possible 1st Edition. NOT exLib. Good cond. hardcover, no dj. Original brown leather bds w/ gilt framing on front & rear covers, & olive green paper title block & bright gilt lettering on spine, 5 raised bands. Moderate scuffing along with corner & edgewear to exterior. Approx 1/8" loss to head of backstrip, & approx 3/8" loss to foot. Front shoulder starting. Old celo repair to front hinge, rear hinge still sound. No rear free endpaper, o/w book is complete. Textblock binding starting but holding at Contents Page, o/w only lightly shaken. Lots of old pencil marks inside front cover & on ffep, o/w book is intact & unmarked. Six b&w plates, including 4 folding, ergo possible 1st Edition. Light scattered spotting & soiling throughout. 218pp. Still overall Good condition even after 250-some years. Same or next day shipping. Please email any questions.
