Although the title page lists all three in equal proportion, Under the Deodars must be the title.This is an Authorized Edition, as printed on the spine. The book contains 344 pages which are clean and free of all marks, folds and tears; there are no signatures. The red cloth cover is embossed with a swastika and his signature in a circle on the front and is printed in gold on the spine. The pages are gilt on the top. It is in very good condition with no signs of wear on the cover, the corners are sharp. But the book was in a fire and has some smoke damage (darkening) to the lower back cover and bottom of the pages.
