No Jacket. 351pp yellow cloth covered boards, there is a thin vertical shallow tear from top to bottom of front inside gutter, board remans firmly attached, there is no webbing showing, front outer board has a 50 cent size vague smudge bottom right front board, there is very vague fading to front board, edges are rubbed, extremities are bumped, head and tail are bumped, spine is faded but appears free of cracks. mild age yellowing of interior otherwise clean and tight, there is no dj, this copy was released in 1937 but is either a 2nd printing or later.good/o great reading copy.

T he dust jacket inner flaps were pasted to the versos of the wrappers a t one time and have been removed. This has left pulls along the wrappe rs' versos and the versos of the inner flaps. The book has a slight sp ine lean and rubbing to its corners and spine edges. Toning to the pag e margins. The dust jacket has chips to its corners and at the base of its spine. Small chips at the front panel's lower edge. Creases to th e rear panel. Mild dust soiling to the panels.
