Hardcover. Condition: Good+. No Jacket. First Edition. First printing (Scribner's A on the copyright page). Inscribed to previous owner by the author on the front free endpaper. Moderate shelfwear, with worn-through corners. The boards are soiled. The spine is a bit darkened. A few pages are creased. Pencilled notes are on the rear free endpaper. Size: 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
