Hardcover. First edition, first printing. Interurbans Special 58. Volume 30, number 1, summer, 1973. Haralded as the silent savior of an industry anxiously searching for a progressive image, the trolley bus came on powerfully. The trolley coach was faster, cheaper, better, and it had an aura of suppressed excitement. 288 pages with historic photographs, bus diagrams, and rosters. Errata sheet laid in. Fine in very good dust jacket with faded spine panel and light wear at extremities. Book.
