Condition: Very Good. Third Printed Edition. A Very Good Book [Presumed] Issued without a Dust Jacket. Book is bumped and rubbed to extremities. Cloth is a toned and a bit scuffed. Front pastedown and flyleaf have some pencil notations. Text is unmarked. All plates present as are instructional materials included in envelope at rear paste down. Gutter is visible for last few leaves, binding is otherwise tight and square. Hardcover. Slim Octavo. [ii], 3-82pp. + Laid-In Supplemental Material. Publisher's Green Cloth, Gilt Detailing.
