Trimmed (possibly when issued?), several vertical folds, light creasing, and a tiny bit of dried adhesive residue in the upper margin, very good; the paper is supple. The recto prints the schedule and the verso prints 26 Special Rules and Regulations (signed in type by Acting Superintendent H. H. Nieman) and a Sunday schedule. Meant to be "destroyed" upon updateso noted on the rectothus presumably uncommon. An interesting piece of railroad history.…
