The binding is somewhat rubbed, the front free endpaper is lacking (as are any pages prior to the yitle page), there is a prize bookplate to the front pastedown (dated 1906)the preliminary pages are foxed, and a handful of illustrations have been neatly coloured in. A fair copy only of an uncommon book.
