The link between all the themes is the use of methods in frequency domain as the basic tools. Therefore, we achieve results with low degree of conservatism in synthesis, and necessary and sufficient conditions in analysis, which is, up to now, virtually impossible via the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional.
