Hardcover. Condition: Good. No Jacket. Roese, Herbert (illustrator). Clean, tight, unmarked; wear to corners and spine extremes; ffep has been removed; small stain near spine on back cover; brown cloth covers with black titles; The Glorious Pool is said to be inspiration for the movie Cocoon. Skin and Bones is the hilarious tale of Mr. Quintus Bland who found himself in the strangest condition of any mortal since time's beginning. Topper is about a respectable banker called Cosmo Topper, married to his depressingly staid wife Mary, and his misadventures with a couple of ghosts, Marion and George Kerby, who introduce him to other ghosts.
