First Edition Signed
First edition. Signed and inscribed by Thomas Scheibitz to exhibition curatorial assistant Maeve Butler. Quarto (23 x 29cm). Publisher's original white paper-covered board with titles in black to the upper board and spine, in dustwrapper. Illustrated with 28 colour plates and profusely throughout in black and white. Dual text in English and German. 227pp. A very good copy, the binding square and tight with a couple of very minor bumps to the spine at the lower joint and to head of the lower board. The contents remain clean and bright throughout. The original illustrated dustwrapper with a little marking, toning to the spine, and a few small nicks to the extremities is otherwise in very good order. Signed and inscribed by Thomas Scheibitz to Maeve Butler in pencil to the half-title page "Dear ****[?] Maeve / Thanks a lot for your / HELP / Rock on + / All the Best / Th. Scheibitz / 21. 02 / 08". A nice association copy, presented by the artist to a member of the exhibition team at the Irish Museum of Modern Art (who is also acknowledged towards the rear of the work).
