Hardback. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. 1st Edition. First edition first printing. 174 pp. Black & white and colour illustrations throughout. Very Good condition in Good price-clipped dust jacket (lacking small amount of material at top and bottom of spine area of jacket with small closed tears along edges) . Original gift inscription on reverse of front end paper. Scarce in a jacket.

Hardcover. Condition: Good. No Jacket. The classic children's annual that won countless awards and changed the way comic strips were laid out. With all the favourites, including Dan Dare, Pilot of the Future. The boards have some rubbing and marking, with ink tracing to the title letters, ink inscription to front free endpaper, some small marks to some pages, "this book belongs to" filled out in pencil, and pencil in to the word square in the puzzle corner, otherwise clean throughout. Good minus. Book.

Hardcover. Condition: Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. Some wear and fading around the edge of the covers and spine. The spine is cocked. Gift inscription dated 1953 on the front endpaper. The pages are tanned with age. The dustjacket is worn and creased and has been mended / strengthened with tape at the head and foot of the spine. The spine of the dustjacket is faded.
