Condition: Acceptable. 1897 twenty-sixth thousand edition on faded green cloth however within this edition the inner conent and binding + end papers rippled and bent through water damaged rippled and stained pages. Remains readable and price reduced as a result of this damage to this book. Please ask for images if still interested.

Reprint. Green/Gibson A14d. 23rd thousand. Probably ex-library - lacks all before frontis (replacement front end paper; frontis glued to front free end paper; blue stamp on verso of frontis showing through; some foxing throughout; corner of rear free end paper torn off; spine wrinkled & stained, with illegible gilt lettering & wear at head & foot; green cloth generally soiled on boards; gilt on front board worn & dull Used - Acceptable. Poor hardback in green cloth.
