Vols. 1-8 are comprised by Pepys' diary 1660-67 (one year per volume), with Vol. 9 providing 1668-69, Vol. 10 a companion, and Vol. 11 an index. Several of the volumes show slight age-tanning to text block edges; otherwise, the set is as issued. The dust jackets of Vols. III-IX are price-clipped; otherwise, all 11 are essentially as issued and now in mylar. Vols. I and II are 4th ptgs. (1979), Vol. III a 3rd (1973), and Vol. VII a 2nd (1974), all others 1st ptgs. from their respective years of issue (1970-83). A collector-grade set with only the slightest of faults.
