    Limited edition ( No. 2 of 50 ), Signed by the artist. Unpaginated. [122] leaves. A very good original binding, with hardly any signs of wear. Green cloth boards with bright gilt titles to the front board and gilt image to the rear. Gilt Lion to inside front and rear boards. Handwritten dedication to front free-endpaper: "Best Wishes Eric 1987 2/50 Corridan Gradon". Clean throughout. VG. ** Corridan (Corrie) Graddon was born in 1932 and was apprenticed in London in 1947 as a relief engraver and die sinker. A few years later, at a SLADE branch meeting, he heard that Sun Printers, Watford, was recruiting engravers, and he joined the Sun in February, 1956, to work in monochrome and colour engraving. He remained at the Sun for 26 years, leaving in 1982. He later worked in the jewelry trade, eventually retiring in 2007. His artistic activities ran in parallel with his full-time work, and he became a successful print-maker, exhibiting in the Mall Galleries and in the Royal Academy summer exhibitions. *** ".etched upon copper plates each with a protective blank leaf.
