Minimal foxing and tanning to endpapers and page edges. Previous owner's inscription to front endpaper. Mild wear and bumping to spine, board edges and corners, with scuffing and soiling to boards. Clipped dust jacket. Mild wear, tear and chipping to edges and corners. Moderate foxing, tanning and soiling to DJ.

Minor issues present such as mild cracking, inscriptions, inserts, light foxing, tanning and thumb marking. Boards have mild shelf wear with light rubbing and corner bumping. Some light marking and tanning. Unclipped jacket has moderate edge wear with tears, chips, and some areas of loss. Noticeable rubbing and marking. Light tanning to spine and edges.

Hardback, clean and tightly bound, neat inscription on front endpaper else internally unmarked, in a priceclipped bright dustjacket which is a torn and chipped with some edge loss. Interesting look at post war aviation in the U. K. 212 pages, 26 photos on plates.

DJ edges, corners are worn and creased.

Gift inscription from 'Sandy' on half title page. Burgundy cloth with gilt; B&W illustrations. Stain on page fore-edges, & edges of latter pages, otherwise near VG Used - Acceptable. SIGNED copy Fair hardback (no dust jacket).
