Morton, concerning the development of a high-frequency oscillator circuit; dated December 8, 1953. While not stated, this was probably issued at Bell Laboratories, as Ryder and Morton were both involved in early transistor development at Bell Labs. There are also several people listed on a distribution list; at least some of whom were Bell employees in this time-frame. The name of one of those Bell employees is inked at the top front corner of the 1st page. Else the document is a bit age-toned, but clean. ; 27C; 11" x 8-1/2"; 3 pages.
