Publisher's original color pictorial cardboard box with a small area of sun fading and two split corners to the top for what is a complete and lovely copy of the box. [32] pp. including wrappers. This collection of Mother Goose nursery rhymes is illustrated by Nisenson with seven full page full color drawings and numerous black and white drawings on every page of text. What makes this book special and unique is it's "talking" feature. There are eight hard plastic "tapes" or strips glued to pages throughout the book. One takes the hard plastic square, which originally came with the book and is still present and included with this offering, and rubs it with just the right amount of pressure from left to right over the "tapes" and "you will hear the voices of the different Mother Goose character." Amazingly, this feature actually works! The condition of the book is FINE. The condition of the box is NEAR FINE. No copies located on OCLC/WorldCat. EXCEEDINGLY RARE.
