There is a small spot and some discoloration the foredge and top edge. On the whole, the book is good. The mylar covered jacket has a small missing piece at the top of the spine and light bumping at the bottom of the spine. It is good minus.

Peeples). Inside DJ Flap states: "This is a story of a black man's fight for decency. Willy Mack, the country Negro, earned the respect of white and black alike.etc. etc.Willy Mack's story is the protest and reaction of any man in conflict with prejudice and knavery in high places." Not the best DJ buck book is in great condition ALONG WITH SIGNED INSCRIPTION BY THE AUTHOR. "Love story of Billiard Alley" rear of DJ. The publisher states that the FIRST EDITION consists of the publishing date appearing on the title page and copyright page. In later editions/printings this date is dropped from the title page.
