No Binding. Condition: Near Fine. Dawson Brothers, Montreal, 1882. First Canadian Edition, first printing dated 1882 on the title page. 120 pages in About Fine clean & Bright condition. Bound in bright green cloth in period beveled edge boards, gilt titles on the spine & FC, small gilt illustration to the lower right corner front cover. All edges gilt with lovely blue flower end papers. Gift quality condition, an attractive little tome.

12mo, 18.5cm, 120p., in the original quarter dark blue calf, raised gilt ruled bands, gilt title, blue cloth boards, t.e.g., presentation copy "With the Compliments of the Author" on the free fly, the binding is signed "Dawson Brothers, Montreal", the free fly and half title are loose, otherwise a very good to fine copy attractively bound (cl.ds).
