The boards have a large patch of discolouration over the bottom half of the front panel which also has some small stains to the top half. Very heavy fading to the spine which has slight fraying at the top and bottom. The rear panel has a little surface marking and the boards have rubbing to the corners. The page edges are a little browned with a few scattered spots. The endpapers are browned and there is a two inch stain on page 11 but the pages are otherwise clean and unmarked. No jacket. First printing.
