Tape marks inside front and back covers, ink mark vertical page edges. 166 pages, 16 Vern Pascoe sketches. No writer is better equipped to recall life as it was on the South Island's high country sheep stations and Newton does this through a series of episodes centred on characters he encountered in this territory.
