Soft cover. Condition: Fair. 1st Edition. First edition, lacks front cover. Back cover and spine is worn, creased, and discoloured. Rubbed and thumbed at the edges. Some fading and staining towards the spine and corners. Mostly the spine shows heavy wear and tear. Head and tail of spine well rubbed, with large sections missing. Binding itself is tidy. Well faded. Previous owner's inscription upon front free endpaper. Previous bookseller's stamp upon title page. Page edges are uniformly discoloured, so too are the pages throughout. Most pages bear a halo of colour around print. Some pages are lightly foxed, this edition is showing some age.
