Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. 1st Edition. Nobel laureate Amartya Sen's copy of the First Edition in English (second printing), with his signature. xiv, 1 leaf, 631 pp; figs. Original cloth. Very Good, without dust jacket. Studies in Mathematical and Managerial Economics, Volume 6. The date on the title page is 1968, but 1966 on the copyright page. I assume there are copies bearing the date 1966 on the title page. The First French Edition was published in 1964. 'His 1971 microeconomics textbook and his Cowles-inspired econometrics textbook, Statistical Methods in Econometrics, have since become classics' (please ask for source).
