Large green leather bound hardcover with gilt borders and gilt titles on front and spine, and cover wear confined to corners and spine ends. There is some staining of a number of pages, viii, 144 pages and 36 of 38 illustrations (2 are missing facing pages 8 and 105), all full page plates have paper guards, some staining of a number of pages.
