If each issue has its share of duff stories, each also has at least one strip that, on its own, is worth the price of admission. Issue #1 has an early Peter Bagge strip from… 1982, "Just Like Pop," plus good stuff from Ron Wilber, J.R.Williams and Hunt Emerson, but is the weakest of the three issues overall. Issue #2 has Eddie Campbell's "Dead End Job," Marc Hempel's "Cartoon Man's Best Friend," reprints of Alan Moore's Maxwell The Magic Cat and more Peter Bagge, J.R.Williams and Hunt Emerson.
