Stapled booklet measuring 8.5 x 6", [16] pp. Recipe booklet from a course held in Phoenix by the Central Arizona Light & Power Company to educate women in cooking using electric appliances. Includes recipes for a week's worth of menus making use of electric ovens, ranges, and broilers--broiled steak dinner, oven meal, oven cooked prunes, etc. The last page discusses the advantages of electricity, noting "there is no substitute for electric cooking, water-heating and refrigeration that can compare with electricity for economy, convenience and safety."
