Ex-library with bookplate, withdrawn stamp on top edges. A number notation in ink, three leaves with perforated university initials, due date slip. No other library markings such as cardholder, etc. Few very small edge tears on leaves, one tape-mended corner chip, else Very Good. Original wrappers not bound in. Large quarto (nearly folio). xi + iii + 115 + iii + 23 pp. + xi + 320 pp. All 111 plates present. Many fascinating photographs of flight experiments.
