Soft cover. Condition: Very Good. The author inscribed this volume on the title page. Laid in is a typed description of the books provenance. It was obtained by William Heyen, poet, from the library of Peter Dzwonkoski, who worked at Yale's Beinecke Library and then as Director of Rare Books and Special Collections at the University of Rochester. This book is inscribed to Peter. Unfortunately, the pages are toned-although not brittle. However, the book remains tightly bound, has no creases to the spine, more any marks to the 148 text pages or the following unpaginated pages of advertisements. Inscribed by Author(s).
