The portfolio is very good only with several tears and bumps. Poem by Waldrop, design by Nelson Howe. One of 100 numbered copies printed at Burning Deck. INSCRIBED by Waldrop, "an unbound proof-copy / + it is for Walt Odets.".

This copy comes with a nice association with the Mikolowskis, who for over 40 years published letterpress mail-art and broadsides as the Alternative Press. Quarto. Seventeen unbound sheets in envelope with title affixed. Proof and association copy, insribed by Waldrop at colophon, for Ken and Ann Mikolowski of Ann Arbor's Alternative Press (noting this as an "unbound and / somewhat defective proof / copy," not included in the edition of 100 copies). Light bumps to corners of envelope. Sheets bright, crisp, clean throughout. Signed.
