Also includes a few pages of a modern publication comprising an illustrated article by Kenneth Hardacre titled 'The Private Press of Paul Piech'. Hardacre describes Piech's work as having "a social message", and that "Piech's books make you feel uncomfortable - and that is why they exist: their aim is to disturb. They have great power - a power that is to be found above all in the profusion of linocuts and woodcuts that pour through their pages".
