Soft cover. Condition: Near Fine. Brother Graham (illustrator). 8th Edition. A very nice copy without any flaws. 5.5 X 8" 91 pages. Ian Downing was the head chef at 'The Hungry Monk' located at Jevington, Near Polegate, Sussex and these recipes were extracted from him by the owners Nigel and Susan Mackenzie. The book started as a sort of kitchen manual and ended up amongst the best selling cookbooks in England.
