Front free end paper has authors signature and previous owners name and address . Volume is foxed through out , fore edges spotted , pages 267 and 268 has some small tears . A very unusual and interesting book for anyone who is interested in the idea of automatic writing and the communication of someone long dead. Signed by Author.
