Some very faint foxing to the end-papers, pages starting to tan at the edges as usual, else near fine, square and firm in gray linen over ribbed cranberry boards with black embossed decorative rule and Inner Sanctum reading face insignia to the front cover and to the spine, deckle page fore-edges; in a very good dust jacket with art by H. Lawrence Hoffman, edge tears and creases, chips and creases to the upper and lower spine end areas, and a chip and a 1.5" long piece from the upper end of the front panel; original printed $2.75 price still intact to the front inner flap.
