Hardcover. Condition: Near Fine. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. 1st Edition. True first British printing with original unclipped jacket (15/-). Jacket has faults - namely patchy edge/shelf wear, a few very small (approx. 3mms) tears, a few old marks (mainly to back), minor fading to spine, the odd small crease/rub to edges, little pushing/rubbing to head/tail of spine, little browning/odd small mark/minor foxing to reverse (white side), little pushing/bumping to corners, one tiny patch of loss to top corner of back inner flap, little patchy browning and is in only good condition. Boards are near fine (having been well protected by the jacket) with a hint of pushing to corners and very minor pushing/rubbing to head/tail of spine. Pages are generally clean and the binding is tight. Pages are a little tanned. Odd small mark/spots of foxing to page edges, tops and bottoms. Tiny crease to top corner of a few pages. Couple of small bumps to top edge of a few pages. Odd small mark/minor foxing inside front/back boards and to end-papers. Very occasional small mark/spot of foxing to pages. No other faults. A nice copy. All books described honestly and accurately. Paypal accepted.
