General use wear, surface and edges rubbed with some creasing. Corners bumped and show wear. Pages show reader wear. Book has had moisture making a small part of the back cover poof up, as well as some creasing to cover on front. Spine shows webbing on page 18. P/O name on FFEP dated 1928. Stock photos may not look exactly like the book.
