The Cornish artist Jeremy Le Grice (1936 - 2012) and his wife, a renowned interior designer Lynn. Rose Hilton was a close friend to them both. Jeremy, who had studied art at the Slade School of Art (1959-61) was an important figure in the post-war and later 20thcentury St Ives art scene. He was a founder member of the Penwith Galleries and a trustee of Newlyn Art Gallery. Le Grice lived and worked in his studio in St.Just. He attended Peter Lanyon's art classes, Peter Lanyon became his mentor; and he became particularly friendly Karl Weschke and Roger and Rose Hilton who were his close neighbors. Jeremy and Lynn Le Grice moved into Flower Loft at Trereife, near Penzance in 1995. Rose Hilton (illustrator).…

The sheet has been folded in half , therefore there is an old horizontal crease mark going through out the catalogue and a little thumbed.
