Soft cover. Condition: Good. Oversize Magazine staple bound (12.5" x 10.5"). 125 pages with text pages in black and white and ad pages are in color. Several pages have water staining at the bottom edge. Also page 17 has a long lower edge tear. Most of the text pages are tanning/browning, and a bit fragile around he edges, but the color ad pages not as much or at all. The fragile cover is badly chipped all around the edges with related tears and rubbing. The rear lower portion has come unattached and has several large chips along the spine.
