Unknown Binding. Condition: Very Good. With "Preface to the Ninth Edition". Appears to be an obscure anonymous parody of 'romance' written by a woman after the civil war, of a heroine named "Agamemna" Comefret. Crescent (reprint?) Edition. Pages evenly oxidized but not yet fragile. Rose colored binding, floral embossments and silver lettering on spine. Light even fade to spine. Very minor chips to front board. Curious, outrageous old book.
