Softcover. Condition: Very Good. Production script. January 1975. Quarto. 114 mimeographed leaves printed on the rectos only in screwbound dark green Studio Duplicating Service wrappers titled in gilt. Small, neat handwritten control number ("#11") with owner's signature of actress Ruth Jaraskow (who played Vivian Proclo in the debut performance) on the titlepage. Plasticized wrappers are slightly rubbed, a little age-toning on the first and last leaf, tape repair on rear wrap, overall very good. A comedic farce in two acts with much of the comedy precipitated by gender and sexuality confusion, and unapologetic gay characters. The play opened on January 20, 1975 at the Longacre Theatre in New York City, and ran for a total of 400 performances. The opening night cast also featured Rita Moreno, Jerry Stiller, and F. Murray Abraham. *OCLC* appears to locate no copies of this script.
