The book is in near fine condition with the attractive green-cloth covered boards with gilt lettering on front panel and spine all in clean and bright condition. The interior text pages are simply in fine condition with only a previous owner's inked name, date, and some little leaf drawing on the half title. The dust wrapper is also in near fine condition with just a touch of wear and crinkling along the edges. The price is unclipped to the inside front flap. This is another of "Exhibit Format" series by the Sierra Club and Friends of the Earth that highlighted the worlds natural places and featured writings and photographs by some of the most distinguished naturalists and photographers of that era.
