First pressing, signed generously by Tyner in black marker pen on the front cover, "'Good luck' McCoy Tyner". "When pianist McCoy Tyner moved to CBS in the early '80s, Milestone released Reflections, a two-record retrospective of Tyner's recordings from 1972 to 1975. The selections were taken from the following albums: Sahara, Song For My Lady, Echoes of a Friend, Song of the New World, Enlightenment, Sama Layuca, Atlantis, and Trident, and involved groupings from solo piano to large band. What they all had in common were an uncompromising commitment to good music" (Bob Rusch at AllMusic website). Discogs website. 2 12-inch vinyl LP (Milestone M-47062), new plain white inner sleeve (one original inner also preserved), original gatefold album cover. Cover spine sunned, some silverfishing to extremities (affecting lettering of spine), yet remaining very presentable; discs with minor scuffs to a couple of sides otherwise excellent.
