Contents clean, stamp to endpaper partially erased, covers used/soiled as expected for a reference book. Post-war street map of London, similar to the later 'A-Z' maps, with full index and information sections such as population, Government and Public Offices,Embassies, Police Stations, Churches, Theatres, Cinemas and Principal Clubs; Boodles, the favoured club of Ian Fleming is listed on p.xv. From the collection of Fleming bibliographer Jon Gilbert, with his ownership signature within. Boodles (as 'Blades') features prominently in Fleming's novel 'Moonraker' (1955).
